What is a design session and why is it the first step?
A design session is a personal consultation at your home (approximately 90 minutes). We analyze the space, discuss your needs, scope, and budget, and explore initial ideas. This forms the basis for determining whether FASE13 is the right partner for your project.
Who is FASE13 the right choice for?
We primarily serve busy professionals and businesses looking to completely renovate, furnish, or remodel their homes or offices. Our role is to provide structure, clarity, and creative solutions, so you don't have to waste time on details and decisions.
Do you also supervise the implementation of a project?
Yes, that's possible. In addition to the design, we can also manage the implementation: selecting and coordinating contractors, monitoring the schedule and budget, and coordinating with suppliers. You have a single point of contact and the assurance that the design will be executed according to plan.
How much does a design session cost?
The design session is a paid consultation. The investment is € ..., and for many clients, this amount is later deducted from the total design costs.
What is the complete process like after the design session?
Each project consists of phases: orientation, design, and (optional) implementation support. You'll receive a clear plan with layout, materials, color and lighting plans, and, if desired, a detailed schedule and cost estimate.
How much time do I have to invest in a program?
We work specifically for people who have limited time. You primarily make the decisions, and we handle the preparation and coordination. This way, you stay involved without the project taking over your schedule.

The costs depend heavily on the size, desired finish, and chosen materials. For an office renovation or interior design project, the investment typically ranges from €1,500 to €1,800 per m². For a full renovation, this can rise to €2,500 to €5,000 per m². In addition to these items, you also need to factor in additional costs, such as design, permits, and unforeseen expenses.
